The rooms were elegant with a view, the staff was very welcoming and amicable. The venue was set in the central position just off the beach and/or trail, Ocean Avenue in downtown Carmel, and all the shops and restaurants Carmel has to offer.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room itself was good sized. The location for Carmel-by-the-Sea was great and lovely, really close to beach, shopping, and restaurants and all the restaurants and tasting rooms and pebble. Places like The Valentine were a 10-15 minute walk from from here too.

That was good small and charming hotel set in downtown area, near to resteraunts in town as well as Tally Ho. The breakfast was nice hot, they served outstanding meals. The location was excellent and wonderful, for example, Tuck Box was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue. The service was outstanding with parking onsite.

The breakfast was hot, the check in was early. Our room was well-appointed and spotlessly clean though it had really bad views. Besides, the location was marvellous and awesome for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of View.

Pleasant overnight stay, as always. Wonderful 3 star hotel with experienced staff and complimentary breakfast. Very comfy bed, well-appointed and nicely furnished room with a view of the bay. Magnificent and amazing location to View. Set right by the beach and all shopping and restaurants and many restaurants in the downtown area.

The Tally Ho Inn was extremely comfortable and very well appointed. We were made very welcome by the staff and would not hesitate to stay again and recommend to friends. We wished the weather had been slightly warmer so we could have enjoyed sitting outside - but that wasn't their fault!!
